Dr. Alex Auerbach, Ph.D., CMPC is the primary author and framework source for Mindlab content. He is the Performance Psychologist for the Jacksonville Jaguars (NFL), co-founder of Mettle and Momentum Labs, and author of Called to Greatness (2024). He holds a Ph.D. in psychology and the Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) credential.
